So, I've been coding and learning for several months now, every time I manage to add something new it feels so great!
Some of the things I've done so far:
- NK data support to metal material.
- Sun \ Sky objects.
- LightGroup support in Light Material
- DOF support in camera
- All render settings is now in camera
- Environment map support
- added the new Glass2 shader
- Made rough glass shader with texture support
- Made mirror shader
- Made matte translucent material with texture support
- Made Null material
- Fixed many small things (wrong parameters etc)
- Feedback in the render dialog while exporting.
- Removed the render output window in 3dsmax while exporting scenes.
- Fixed IOR and architectural mode in glass.
- Fixed "LR ImageMap" so that it has easier UI - and show's map in viewport.
- Lot's of other small things.
Even though the list is not too big - the amount of work is great, mostly because I'm the only developer at this time working on it.
It's been the best learning experience I've ever had when learning a new programming language (c++).
