First of all - sorry for the lack of updates.

 One cool thing - www.maxunderground.com is going to publish a tutorial I've written.
I'll post a link here as soon as it's up! It's a tutorial on procedural dirt in 3dstudio max with mentalray.

I've been working on some 3d scenes every now and then,
mostly the same apartment scene I posted earlier.
It's not complete yet. Just exploring different styles etc.

I've also been busy developing, mostly maxscripts (tools for visualizing the far\close range in the camera - in the viewport).
Yesterday I tried to make it in c++ too, and I got as far as being able to show the far range in the camera.

It's been implemented as a new camera, but I now realize that I should make it as a modifier.
so that one can use it on any camera, and one does not have to replace them etc.

The reason why I write about it is because it's a big step for me to be able to make this in c++.
It's very new to me, since I normally code in c# or maxscript.
